Pythonicdeals.com usually will ship within 24-48 hours after receiving your order. We pride ourselves in shipping out your product(s) in a timely and professional manner. Our shipping material is brand new and secure. Each package is thoroughly inspected before being shipped.

Our shipping department will always process your order with the utmost expeditious handling and care available. Once your order has been shipped we have no control over the arrival date to your destination. The providers we use for shipping sometimes mishandle or mistakenly reroute your packages. We are committed to providing you with an excellent shopping experience. With that in mind, we advise you read the following statement:

Shipping Services:

Pythonicdeals.com currently uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). We will not use any other service at this time.

Shipping Methods:

• USPS

We offer through the USPS 4 types of shipping methods. They include First Class, Parcel Post, Priority and Express. Each method will have a specific time frame which will ultimately be determined by the USPS. The days listed will depend on the destination. Shipping insurance will be offered and will be optional.

First Class: 2-9 days
Parcel Post: 2-9 days
Priority: 2-3 days
Express: 1-2 days

• UPS

We offer through UPS ground shipping only. The typical time frame for delivery will be 1-5 days.  The exact delivery time will ultimately depend on UPS.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees will vary depending on the weight and size of the package(s). A *Delivery Confirmation Number will be included in all USPS shipping fees.

• We offer free shipping on many of our products including all Cell Phone Accessories. Free shipping is via USPS First Class unless the total weight of your purchase exceeds the maximum amount for First Class. If your total weight is exceeded for First Class your purchase will be upgraded to USPS Priority at no extra charge to you.
  
  
• When we offer Free Shipping promotions, the shipping is via the USPS Parcel Post mail.
  

Tracking Shipments:

The only method that can be tracked through the USPS is Express Mail packages. All other packages will contain a *Delivery Confirmation Number which is for our purposes. It will give us the time and date your package was delivered.

UPS does offer tracking capabilities on all packages. If your shipping method is done by UPS you will be provided with a tracking number. To track a package through UPS you must go to the UPS website.

Shipping Returns:

Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable on returned product(s). The only exception will be if the returned product(s) is due to our error (ex. You were sent the wrong product). In the event that Pythonicdeals.com shipped you the wrong product(s), you will receive a shipping credit.

*Delivery Confirmation Number:

• Is a verification of delivery. Delivery Confirmation service gives us the date, ZIP Code and time your article was delivered. If delivery was attempted we will get the date and time of the attempted delivery. This method is for our purposes only to see when your package has been delivered. This is not a tracking number.
