When returning packages, we strongly recommend you ship with a tracking method. Pythonicdeals is not responsible for lost returns. It is the responsibility of the shipper to ensure a safe return of the product. Please package your item securely to prevent damage.
Returns to Pythonicdeals.com:
All returns require an authorization number which may be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department. Our Customer Service department is opened Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST. Call 1-877-440-2145 or email us at sales@pythonicdeals.com to obtain your authorization number.
Return of unopened product(s):
Returns of unopened product(s) must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned product(s) must be in their original package, factory sealed, unopened and saleable. Once Pythonicdeals.com receives the product(s) we will credit your card used to make the purchase.
Return of defective product(s):
Returns of defective product(s) must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Defective product(s) will be exchanged for the same product(s). All defective product(s) must include all original equipment, components, cables, contents, manuals and packaging.
Return of opened non defective product(s):
Returns of opened non defective product(s) must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. The product(s) must be returned with their original packaging, components, cables, contents and manuals. Once Pythonicdeals.com receives the product(s) we will credit your card used to make the purchase minus the 15% restocking fee.
Return of Software product(s):
Software may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date only if it is in its original package, factory sealed, unopened and saleable. Software that has been opened or tampered with is nonrefundable.
Returning your product(s):
Once you receive an authorization number your product(s) may be returned at your own expense. Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable on returned product(s). We will refund your shipping costs only if the returned product(s) is due to our error. All returns for a full refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will deduct 15% of the gross price. The product(s) must be returned in its original packaging including all original equipment, components, cables, contents and manuals. All upc, serial numbers and barcodes must be intact. If you are receiving a complete refund please allow 7-14 days for the transaction to be completed. Once we have received and processed your return product(s), you will be notified either by email or phone.
IMPORTANT: There are no returns on screen protectors, cell skins, bling bling stickers, antenna boosters and all other products with an adhesive backing.
Returns may be rejected if:
- There is no authorization number.
- The 30 days from the purchase date has expired.
- Any software has been opened.
- Product(s) are not in their original condition.
- Product(s) are missing any equipment, components, cables, contents and manuals.
- The upc, serial numbers or barcodes have been tampered with or missing.
