  4. Can I call in or email an order?

    No. At this time you can only place an order online.

Shipping

  1. What shipping services do you use?

    We currently ship our products through the United State Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).

  2. How long do I have to wait for my package to arrive?

    The exact shipping date depends on the method of shipping. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. We usually ship within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your order.

  3. Can I track my package?

    Tracking your package will only be available through the UPS website, if your package is shipped through UPS. The USPS does not offer tracking numbers on standard deliveries.

  4. Can I have my package shipped to a different address than stated in my order?

    No. We only ship to the address you provide to us when placing your order. In the event your address is incomplete or it does not match your credit card your order will be rejected.

  5. Do you ship internationally?

    Pythonicdeals.com does not ship internationally at this time. We only ship within the United States and Puerto Rico.

  6. Does Pythonicdeals.com ship to APO/FPO addresses?

    Yes. We will ship to any APO/FPO address by using the USPS. Please allow additional time for delivery.

  7. How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight of the product. Some products will have free shipping.

Returns

  1. Do I have to contact Pythonicdeals.com to return a product?

    Yes. You must obtain an authorization number in order to return any product. Failure to obtain an authorization number will result in the rejection of a return.

    Returned products must be shipped according to our return policy. Ship your returned product(s) to:

    Yes. We only sell brand new factory sealed products. There are no refurbished or used products.

    Everything we sell is in stock and ready to be shipped. We usually ship within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your order.
